Ski boards

Ski board combines the latest of skis and snowboards, since it is about half the length and twice the width of skis, the twin-tip design allows the rider to do everything that skiers and snowboarders do, but in addition, go backwards, turn 360's on the ground, one foot turns and perform more tricks than ever imagined possible on conventional planks.

Ski boards are also known as "snowblades" and after Salomon's models, are incredibly easy to use and great for learning to ski. But they're especially insane in regards with new-school tricks.

Ski boards generally measures from about 59 cm to 153 cm. They are like miniature snowboards, except there’s one for each foot. For beginner skier is easier to learn to navigate on ski-boards than skiing or snowboarding, and carving with them is nearly automatic. Most ski-boards are made with twin tips (front and back) and wood cores in order to improve enhanced stability and performance.

Types of Ski boards
Apparently ski boards are evolving in two main directions.

Types of ski board The first type consists in a hort board, turned up at both ends, suitable for tricks, for instance in a half-pipe (aficionados of hot-dogging will remember Roy Hotdog and think there is nothing new in the world). And someone can think that they can best be skied without poles, used in the same way as trick snowboards or inline skates.
Types of ski board The second type of ski board is characterized by its size, since it is a little longer, with a very pronounced waist, suitable for aggressive carving, big jumps and freeskiing tricks.
