Ski suit
It is a special suit for skiing which is worn by skier wear over the rest of the clothes. The ski suit has the aim to protect from wind- and water; this means it is made from water-proof fabric. Skiers usually use it for keeping their body warm, although they often wear warm underwear too. Ski suit is also very useful for alpine racing because it allows racer improves aerodynamics. Because ski suit is very thin and skintight, it adds as little air resistance as possible to the body. Generally a ski suit can either be one-piece, in the form of a jumpsuit, or two-piece, in the form of a ski jacket and matching trousers, called salopettes.
